Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and above who are resident in or connected to Malaysia. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, including where a program is full or where a participant's background may not align with the program's prerequisites.

4.2 Fees and Payment

Program fees are as published on this website at the time of enrolment. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the point of enrolment confirmation. Fundora reserves the right to revise fees for future intakes with reasonable notice.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated in writing at the time of enrolment. In general:

• Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the program start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund at Fundora's discretion
• Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the program start date are generally not eligible for refund
• In the event that Fundora cancels or postpones a program, enrolled participants will be offered a transfer to the next available intake or a full refund

4.4 Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. Fundora reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Fundora.
